U V light .......Diet.........Help!

I have been wanting a Sulcatta for some time now but have hesitated to get one due to the apparent need for an extremely varied diet and the "infamous" U.V. light! Could one of the more well versed readers fill me in on the two areas of tortiose care? I realize that if you get an animal, you have to provide the best care in every area. Thanks.
