I noticed you had Turnip Greens on the "occassional"
list, while you had other foods like radicchio,
endive, and watercress on the "regular" list.

I consider turnip greens to be a top-notch
food for herbivores, at least among those
foods you can get at the grocery store, so
I'm wondering what makes them less than desirable.

I looked up info on calcium:phosphoros, vitamin A,
protein levels and oxalates on these foods,
and turnip greens seems to be much better than the
others.

For example (it's hard to make tables here!):

(per 100 grams)
Radicchio CA:PH 0.5:1, vit A - 27 IUs, Protein 1.4grams, (couldn't find oxalate info)
Endive CA:PH 2:1, vit A - 2050 IUs, Protein 1.25grams, oxalates 0.11grams
Watercress CA:PH 2:1, Vit A - 4700 IUs, Protein 2.3grams, oxalates 0.31grams

Turnip Greens CA:PH 4.5:1, Vit A - 7600 IUs, Protein 1.5 grams, oxalates 0.05grams,

Is there some other element I'm missing out on that
makes turnip greens less desirable? It appears to be a
good, high-calcium, low-protein, low-oxalate food.
