Sorry it too so long to get back to you.
Your correct that Turnip Greens have lots of good qualities.
The reason I listed it like that was because that its a member of the brassica family (so are cabbage, Brussels sprouts and broccoli).
Too much of these things in the diet can contribute to goiter problems.
Again the key is variety. Its just many ppl I talk to feed an average of only five different foods a week and this is nothing like the variety that they would see in nature.
I hope that this clears up things a tad.
