Russian Tort or ???????????

Hi I was wondering if anyone had any ideas on which tort kind I should get? I am a rather busy guy and would like to only have to clean and wash the cage once a week or two. And food has to be rather inexpensive too. I will get as big of cage as needed so that won't cause a problem but I would also like the size and if the tort is nice tempered at feeding time?
