Hi,
Just before I ask this, I want all of you to know that I did look up SwissChard on the site that has "Nutrient Analysis of Replacement Tortoise Foods and I know that Swiss Chard is not the best food, however...
My neighbor had a large SwissChard crop this year. She thought that my tort (Russian) would like some. I know it should not be fed exclusively, and I don't feed anything quite exclusively except Endive, Escarole, Romaine and greens like that... He usually has a little of each of those (along with Dandelion leaves, Prickly Pear cactus and some other goodies I know are safe and good) But I don't know much about this SwissChard - it isn't related to Cabbage is it? Tastes more like a Lettuce.
