foot baths & car rides - Giovanni you might gag on this! lol

I remember the hoopla about "pre-warming" a torts food from the
fridge, but does anybody else do THIS? After Teddy eats any
supplemental stuff I give him outside on newspaper (mixed in
small electric chopper to blend it all), I rinse off his legs and face
so as not to attract ants. We're not having an ant problem and
I'd like to keep it that way. He lets me wipe his messy mouth
without objection and even use a hose to rinse him off (hot/cold
water is a GOOD idea outside).

Also, in the car when we go down to visit my parents, he rides
in his carrier, and using a big towel as the "substrate" (Good
idea, thanks Heather), he doesn't slide around like when I tried
newspaper. He does really well in the car with his towel in
there. Granted it's only a few minute ride but he's relaxed.
Then when we get there, I open the front and he walks out ready
to explore.

Giovanni, I can see the collard pic, but the other ones aren't
there according to photopoint. ? niki
