Problem with a Burmese Brown Mt. Tortoise. ADVICE please!!

I recently acquired a young female burmese brown mt. tortoise and it refuses to eat, doesn't come out of it's shell, and rarily moves. I witnessed her drink ALOT yesterday and her head seems to be somewhat thin and not a full skull like it should be and her eyes seem to be a bit sunken in also. She did drink water though. Will she more than likely die or is there a chance she'll pull through this if I'm patient and she continues to drink? Any comments or suggestions would be helpful.....
