Overfeeding herbiverous tortoises

If you are feeding a high fiber/low protein diet, you can't over feed.( That is dark leafy greens or the natural fare of a good variety of annulars and grasses.) Fruit should be given to true grazers rarely. Russians are considered browsers which mainly feed on annulars or dark leafy greens with occasional grazing. As hyper as they are I can't see how you can possibly overfeed them if given the recomended diet and keep them in a proper environment.
