Do you have a good herp vet? If not, you might post again asking for local herp vet info. If you do, I'd take him back right away. Either way, I'd get him back asap, may be pnuemonia and require more drastic treatment. Sometimes with pnuemonia there are no obvious (or what people think are severe) signs until it's too late. Especially if shows signs of dehydration: sunken eyes, not urinating (or very 'dry' urine), loose skin.
Bottom line, can't go wrong seeing a good vet. Post back with new news.
