I am still a little concerned about the respiratory infection my
female Hermann's Tortoise (~ 1 year old weighs 4 oz) was diagnosed
with a few weeks ago.
To recap, I gave her an inital dose of Baytril (oral) of .14 cc's. I
then gave her .07 cc's daily for 10 days. We were gone for a week
(she didn't have any Baytril during that time) and when we came back
yesterday, she still sounded as if she had the respiratory infection.
I started giving her the .07 cc's again yesterday.
Does it normally take this long to get rid of a respiratory
infection? Should I be worried?
Thanks in advance,
Ron
