Sulcatta and Romaine

I recently purchased a toroise (she's about one pound and 6" carapace).
So far she doesn't graze, she'll eat romaine and sprouts, yet doesn't eat
grasses or hays. Her stool is runny and wet. She's very active, gets
plenty of outside time, she is in a 30 gal when not outside (I live in NM
so outside is probably better for her than inside). When outside she'll
nibble a bit on grass, but NOT what I've come to expect from research and gen.
tortoise knowledge (I've been working with herps extensively for 7yrs, torts are
not "new" to me but this is my first sulcatta). Her temps are all within common
info, she is offered water once a week, she soaks and drinks, she is very active.
I've heard all the stories about "My tortoise(or iguana) has lived for years on
only romaine" sorry don't buy those stories. If romaine was a complete source of
minerals and vitmins then it would grow in their natural environment etc.
I'm looking foward to having Rok until she's huge and digging up my yard. Any help would be appreciated.

D
