Hi,
hibiscus is a great plant for tortoises and redfoots will enjoy both the leaves and flowers ( red flowers are the favorite).
Go to the link below for some great ideas on red foot encloures, and be sure to visit the other web sites linked from that one.
One thing though, a 6'-10' encloure is fine for small juvenile redfoots ,but adults will need a much larger enclosure.
My smallest sulcatas enclosure ( the tort's 6-7") is 20'- 15', and he explores every inch of it.
