I see and hear of this all the time when I or someone else raises any of the Argentine tegus. Even indoors they seem to be able to sense the approach of winter and their bodies tell them to shut down. It's nothing to be concerned about but if you want to keep them active throughout the winter you may try raising their ambient cage temp by 10-15F. Also bumping up the wattage on your heat lamp to 150Watts may keep them feeding.
