temps for baby tegus

I have three young red tegus that I keep inside. They're in a 100-gallon terrarium with the warm end about 95 degrees during the day. At night, I have a single 100 watt "night" bulb on one end of the tank.

They've stopped eating the past few days, although they're still fairly active (previously ate pinkies and crickets). Is this concerning, or is this just "seasonal?" If I want them to keep growing through the winter and not hibernate/brumate, what should the day and night-time temps be?
