Where are the meetings?

I am new to San Diego, and I stumbled across this forum. Where are the meetings at? I have a 29" savannah monitor and a speckled kingsnake. By the way, what is the legality of keeping a alligator lizard? My 9 year old nephew caught one and wants to keep it.
