I a few at the NYshow for $35, imports? (please read)

I was much happier buying the one I did which looked allot better for $85, than getting those for $35.
I guess it really varies. I hope these werent imports and that people arent still importing these guys, I think by now there are plenty in captivity and seeing such a beautifull animals disapear from their habitat due to importation would really be a shame.
Does anyone know about how much importation is currently going on with these guys??
