Well, the attention i think i can handle, i have nothing better to do. I noticed that they can be loud,, i visited it today, and he was relitivly quite, but every now and then would put out a high pitch scream. The cage is small, so when i take it (i think i will) i will get it a bigger cage. As for toys, he has some good ones, but i will get him more. Thanks for the help
:They are good birds but you MUST give it a lot of attention and they can be VERY loud. (You wouldn't think a little bird like that could be that loud but they are.) Otherwise they are great little birds. How big is the cage she's offering? You may want to upsize it if it's only cockatiel cage size. And get lots of good toys also.
