Something i noticed with my rhacs (ciliatus & Aurics) the males tend to be completely focused on the females...i had 2 females in one tank next to the males tank and he kinda forgot to eat. I was worried because i thought he might be sick. I told this to a friend of mine who keeps Rhacs and he suggested putting a board or piece of cardboard between the tanks so the male couldn't see the females any longer. As soon as i did( within 2 days)he began to eat agressively again. I Guess he was mesmerized by the females and his sex drive got the better of him.

Perhaps you have the same problem..
