We just got a male corn snake a couple of weeks ago. He is 4mos. old. He is very friendly and has not bitten (yet). Technically, he belongs to my 5yo, but he has become my baby. My son is always supervised so please don't blast me about torturing Fred.He actually gets better care than my kids-lol. Anyway, how good is their eyesight? He seems to know who is holding him. Is this scent or sight? Also, he ate 2 pinkies when we got him and we just fed him again and he only ate one. The one pinky seemed rather large. I left it in overnight and then threw it away the next day. Is there such a thing as a pinky that is too big? How bad does it hurt to get bitten. I know it is probably inevitable, but would like a good guestimate. I am more afraid of jerking and ripping his teeth out than being hurt. Sorry for the book, but want to know as much as I can. Thanks! Laurel
