Black Rat Snake has a Problem!!!!!!!!11

Hello i caught a baby black snake,and it has little bumps on its neck (i think from mites maybee) and on its throat, im not new to snakes i breed lots of corns, but i felt sorry for the litte guy, and i will try to keep him and get him better!!I did get him to eat aSplit brain pinkie finally, but im not sure if i should try to pull the bumps off, amd let the shedding help heal or maybee, it could be some kind of mite under the skin,any INFO.would be helpful!!!!!!!!!!!!
