I took around 30 pics, all different angles and veiws. You are probably right about a more full shot. I have those also, I personally like head close ups:)
30 degrees, I remember that when I take some more pics.
Wish I could get you to photo my snakes:), thanks for the tips.

: A couple of tips. Try to get more of the snake in the photo (unless there is some reason to focus on one particular spot). I think the author wants to show geo. variation and getting more snake in shows more detail.
: Also, consider trying to get your photo from around a 30° from the snake. Somehow, pictures from these angles are more pleasing to the eye generally.
