I used to house several rat snakes of similar size with no problem among them. The only prob i had was time. It wound up being more work for me. Having to seperate 4-6 snakes that always seem to be coiled all together, feeding then waiting a good hour or so to let them calm, then cleaning a LOT of waste everywere, ect ect ect.
I now find it easier to drop the mouse in each tank, and clean at my convienience. I guess you could say it was more work at one time (keeping them together).
On top of it all, i like to do my tanks up in a natural setting, and trust me, its very difficult to have a nice looking tank that took you some time to setup, and have to end up taking it all apart to get the fricken snakes out.
It was really nice having a albino black, yellow, everglades, grey, albino corn and normal corn all hanging out together on the same branch (saw that once in the tank and wish i had a camera ready at the time).
So, if you have the patiance, don't mind seperating for feedings and don't setup with to much deco, you shouldn't have a problem.
Good luck.
: I have read the housing debates. I was wondering though if I was to feed my snakes seperately, and was to have a large enough cage, would there be any aggression problems if I house simulary sized black rat, a bull snake, and a corn snake together?
: I realize there is the potential for disease, and if one got a disease the rest almost definately would, but other than this is there a serious risk of aggression if fed seperately?
: Thx.
