Housing various Rats/Corns/Bulls together?

I have read the housing debates. I was wondering though if I was to feed my snakes seperately, and was to have a large enough cage, would there be any aggression problems if I house simulary sized black rat, a bull snake, and a corn snake together?

I realize there is the potential for disease, and if one got a disease the rest almost definately would, but other than this is there a serious risk of aggression if fed seperately?
