Housing various rats together...possible?

Hello... I have read the various debates on keeping snakes together, the risks, the problems of if one gets sick, they all do, etc... but I was wondering if various rats, such as black rat, yellow rat, corns, bulls, pines, etc can be housed together, in peace. I realize they would have to be fed seperately. Realizing the risks involved, would they just fight, or most likely get along? I realize completely that you never KNOW for sure, but I am just wondering. Thanks
