Maybe (hopefully) some of the other patrons to this site can help, but either way I would find a good vet that specializes in reptiles and specifically snakes. If you can't find one that specific, at least find one that has experience with snakes. That would be my guess....sorry I can't be of more use :( Good luck getting her back to health!

Try putting neosporin on bad scales. Keep her real clean and dry, and probably help to stay warm until healed up some. Terry
