Sorry, I can't specifically help you here, I have never experienced this problem. Maybe (hopefully) some of the other patrons to this site can help, but either way I would find a good vet that specializes in reptiles and specifically snakes. If you can't find one that specific, at least find one that has experience with snakes. That would be my guess....sorry I can't be of more use :( Good luck getting her back to health!

: I waited a month without feeding before cooling but when I took her out of broom she looks like her bottom scales are rotting in a few spots. What do I do? Have her back on heat. Help please.
