I don't have any documentation for you, but i know in NJ you can't keep non albino corn snakes. Kinda the opposite of your situation. NJ feels you can't find an albino in the wild, so no corns (normal) are taken from the wild. Stupid law because you can go to NY, PA or anywere else in the world (including the net) to buy one.
And on a side note, albinos can live in the wild, and adults have been found.
: Need help with laws on albinos
: Here in Utah we are not allowed to keep albinos native to the state , Most state do allow albinos .This is were I need help .If you live in a state that allows you keep albinos reptiles native to the state you live in ,please email a copy of that law. I want a copy from every state that allows albinos so I can present them to Utah wildlife board .
: Any info on founders of albinos , captive born or wild caught , if wild caught I need some info age and size .I want proof that albinos dont make it to adulthood in the wild.
: and last I wondering if there any studies done albino reptiles.
: thanks to everybody that can help , we need all the help we can get.
: thanks jason nelson
