Oh yes, she bites quite readily. I kept trying to get a pic of her gaping, but she strikes immediately after, and I haven't been able to get a shot of it yet.
She calms just a bit once you get ahold of her, but she still turns to bite my arms every minute or so.
I don't rile her up very often, when she gets agitated she will strike the glass quite hard repeatedly and I'm always afraid she may injure herself.
She's an interesting snake though, nothing like any of my other asians.
