Based upon your photos and the fact that he's turning yellow, Id say your snake is a Yellow Ratsnake (Elaphe obsoleta quadrivittata). They turn from grey spotted babies into yellow adults with 4 black longitudinal stripes. Phillip appears healthy in the photos so not to worry.
