I still say pinky pump

If you have indeed tried everything that is known, I would get a pinky pump, I know they arent cheap, but can you really put a price tag on what your animals life is worth?
Ultimately force feeding can kill a snake, not really directly but through stress.
You can also try deer mouse pinks (peromyscous)spelling?
If nothing works, I agree that putting him down for a winter rest may help, but if the animal has poor body weight than the likelyness of him surviving the winter is pretty low.
