Stubborn Gonyosoma

Well I thought my Gonyosoma was going up hill from the purchase, eating and drinking well and shed a full shed. Then she suddenly went down hill, stopped eating and she appeared to get mites which I noticed crawling on him for 2 days and then they disappeared, altogether? Now back up hill again! She's shed once again, fully and is drinking again. But there is a slight problem, she still isn't eating any ideas on how I should entice her into feeding again? Thanks!
