The best thing you can really do would be to put a snake like that in the freezer. It's not mean and there's no suffering involved. They just slow down as if winter is on the way and they never wake up. From time to time you'll get a kink, could be incubation temps and it could just be genetics.

As for the ones that are doing okay. The red thing by the way shoudl fall off any day if it hasn't already. Care wise, I would recommend getting a book on ratsnakes. You can also find some caresheets on webpages, just try a search. You should be feeding the adult LARGE mice, not pinkies. The babies should on the other hand be fed pinky mice.
