HELP please deformed!!!

Well, please see my earlier post. This snake is still halp out of the egg this morning, and it really is deformed. This big kink in it's back at like a 90 degree angle almost, and his eyes are all bulgy and orange...it lookes like his real eyes are covered up by something...but it's still alive and I am afraid it is suffering. I really have no idea what to do!!!

Also, I found another baby snake--apparently healthy this time! =)-- and put him on some moist vermiculite in it's own deli cup in the incubator. It tried to bite me but missed. I have no idea how to take care of it. It has this little red bunch hanging out of it though--is that it's umbilical sac? Please, any help would be appreciated, or perhaps a link would be great.
