black/grey/yellow/mutt rat stopped eating

my "rat snake" stopped eating. its been 2 1/2 weeks since he ate a rat. and hes a 6foot snake so thats no big deal. i offered 2 mice today and he payed them no attention. i dont think hes about to shed and its plenty warm in his cage. any ideas?
