Two or three weeks without eating is very little time for a full-grown rat snake. Even four to six weeks wouldn't hurt him, provided that he's still drinking okay.
My female recently fasted for over seven weeks while she was gravid, and came out of it in fine health. Since laying the eggs, she's making up for it in spades, eating about twice as much as her mate.
Sure, they can feed weekly, provided the meals aren't large. But even if they don't eat that often, they aren't going to starve to death in just a couple of weeks. It would probably take at least three months for your snake to show significant weight-loss.
Right now, it's too soon for you to be fretting about it.
