I love my Leucistic. He does bite when first picked up, but once he's out for a minute or two he calms right down and is fine. They are beautiful snakes. The only downside I've found is that he tends to hide a lot, only coming out in the evening, and retreating if anyone walks into the room. My kings and corns are bolder and are out more. I don't know if this is a trait of Leucistic Texas rat's in general, or just mine. Good luck!
