a question about "red rat snakes"..and "greenish rats"

"red rat snakes"....are they just a recognized "sub species" of guttata...or are they a color phase of a corn snake?...."Greenish rat snakes"..is a cross between the yellow rat and the black rat....or is it also a definable subspecies of obsoleta?...thanx in advance.......
