There's serious potential for infecting the snake with parasites when feeding wild-caught prey. This is a very dangerous thing for your snake, and should be stopped immediately.
If you truly believe that she'll only eat birds, then start breeding Zebra finches. They're extremely easy to breed, and prolific. I'm quite sure that your snake would relish them.
You could try scenting pinkie mice and/or hamsters by placing them in an empty zebra finch nest for a few minutes, and/or rubbing them against baby finches. Speaking of hamsters, I've found that sometimes reluctant feeders will take pinkie hamsters more readily than they wil mice. Some also prefer gerbils. Don't think that you can't change her diet, because you surely can.
