Questions about my Black Rat eggs

I have an accidental clutch of black rat eggs. Its been 61 days at about 80 degrees. How much longer do I give them before I give up? Actually I'm in doubt that the temp has stayed consistently at 80, will that affect the time to incubate? I also have two eggs that have displayed a split in the outter egg shell showing an inner membrane. Is that common? I haven't really found much info and would appreciate any ideas. thanks
