Hi Terry
My ratsnakes don`t eat on a regular basis. Especially my mandarins and hohenackeri stop as soon as the night temperature rises. Actually all my hohenackeri haven`t been eating in the summertime all 12 years I have had them. Mandarins are a little better. If I use live pinckies, they will eat, but normally I just wait til fall and they start eating as usual. They don`t loose more than a few gram, and they regain it very fast, so I am not conserned at all.
One of my hohenackeri only eats in April and May and every year it gets bigger.
It seems that I am getting a second clutch from one of the mandarins. That would be the first time for me, so it is interesting to see if they are fertile.
Best wishes
Søe
