Need advice getting new rat snake

I have kept corn snake's for two years but have been keeping snakes for about five years, i currently have a two year old pair of corn snakes, and was thinking of adding another rat snake to my collection and was going to get another corn, but when i was in the Pet shop they also had a batch of baby Yellow rat snakes for the same price as a corn snake, so i was thinking of getting one of them instead, but need some question's answered.

(1) I read that U look after them in the same way as corn snakes, is this ture?

(2) What size is it likely to grow too and how quickly?

(3) What size of tank do they need? Is a 30''x15''x12'' vivarium big enoth
