We work with many Asian Elaphe species but, the Blue Beauties are one of our favorites. They have very similar characteristics of the animals mentioned but, are also very unique. The group we work with are very tractable and are voracious feeders. They are not new to the hobby; although, they are now more available as captive born and bred. The Schultz Monograph of the species Elaphe holds some great information and has proved an invaluable tool. If you are getting them as captive born & bred you should have great success.
