Blue Beauties...?

i plan on picking up a pair of blue beauty snakes at the san diego show next month and have a few questions...
i've heard that their a seperate sub. altogether but what would you guys say they're more like in looks and temperment, taiwan, chinese, or yunnan beauties...?

are these snakes new to the hobby?

does anyone know where i can get some info on these... it seems to be somewhat scarce.
