Quick question

The black ratsnake I have was found among rattlesnake dens. I know they
do den with rattlers. Now when I pick it up it rattles its tail!!
This was definitely learned from rattlers, my question is...Has
anyone ever heard of this? I havent read anythin about rat snakes
rattling their tails, i know some other snakes do it like the golden
lancehead viper.
