looking for latin name of...

Does anybody have the latin name of this so-called rat snake; it's entire body is bright orange w/two pinstripes running down the entire dorsum, from head to tail. I can only remember part of the common name...bamboo rat snake. Thanks to the person who posts the correct latin name.
