Emoryi are now classified as a seperate species, this happened last year sometime. Until now, corn x emoryi have not been hybrids, but they have been MAN made integrades. This means probably most of th corn gene pool has been mudied by these crosses because different corn morphs are bred together so frequently. Now, following the reclassification, technically all corns with emoryi blood are hybrids.
