problems with my transpecos eating (again!) LONG

My baby transpecos rat snake has a new problem with eating (or not!). She ate two pinkies three weeks ago, I posted about this feeding. She regurged ONE of those pinkies eight days after she had eaten, it was just compressed into a little tube shape, no digestion had taken place with this pinkie, but the other pinkie was defecated a few days before this regurg. I was advised that it could have been overfeeding that caused the regurg. I can understand that reason and agree with it. I had tried to feed her one small pinkie the day before she regurged with no luck. That was probably a good thing if she was going to regurg. I left her alone for the whole week after she refused, no handling or anything. I tried to feed her a new small pinkie this past Monday and she refused again. This means she has gone two weeks without eating.
I am keeping her on a carpet substrate, high temp is 80-82, low temp is 75. She has an UTH for the heat. She is in a 10 gallon glass tank with a screen top. I do have a small water dish in there all the time, which I am considering taking out and putting it in there only one day a week. She has a long cork bark to hide under that spans the warm and the cool side. She has shed one time in January, but it was a patchy shed that needed help to complete. The room she is in has very low humidity in the winter, almost all my snakes in there have had patchy sheds this year. She spends most of her time under the cork. She also has a tree type climber in there. I feed on Monday mornings, but thinking maybe of trying her with an evening feeding, due to the fact that I had heard these snakes might be nocturnal. She had been eating one frozen/thawed pinkie a week on Monday mornings with no problem since I got her in November.
Any suggestions would be appreciated.
