Any advice...?

I just got an Asian Ratsnake a few days ago. He's just a little guy yet, so I don't think he's very old. He's very aggressive, and he always tries to bite me. Does anyone have any advice for me on any way to tame my snake? I don't want to end up with a 5 foot snake untamed, so any advice at all would be helpful. Please email me with any suggestions.
