Thanks for the good info. I had my yearlings group at 60*F for a few weeks, and a couple had a slight rasp. I wasn't sure if I should pull them out of hibernation, or keep them even lower. I pulled them out for a couple days, cleaned everthing, and they were fine. Now I've put them back in at 55*F....probably for another month, or so. They seem to be doing fine the last couple days. I was just unsure and didn't want them to get sick.
We have no trouble getting low temps in N. Michigan. We started getting temps under 60* in our garage in September, and we have three different locations in the house: Hibernation Room at 50*F, Guest Room at 55-60*, and the Herp Room at 68-78*F (air temp), where I keep my babies.
