Many people don't realize that even while their temps could be higher in their cages, that many snakes are still very sensitive to photoperiods and times of the year. I've had snakes that I've kept warm all of a sudden stop due to photoperiod changes and that's all it takes to make them go, "Hey it's winter time" and they just go off food. If he is healthy, I would maybe try and drop the temp for a couple months, warm gradually and offer food.... Hope this helps....
